Gobi’s petite pain program produces it’s second product

Flour Face is Gobi’s bread program that drives natural bread making from idea to reality. Natural bread is defined as using a combination of flour, sugar, salt and butter . No eggs, preservatives, baking soda or yeast are used. All of Gobi’s bread is done by hand and as such the program is driven by streamlining techniques and taking planning precision to within minutes instead of days.

Flour Face is divided into two major product lines: gross pain (big bread) and petite pain (small bread). Petite pain are much harder to make and more complex due to it’s layers.
