Better handling of scheduler objects (resume, appointment, contact) from the scheduler database.
Description:
In the past, handling of scheduler items from the database was done by individual functions such as open resume, make calendar, make contact. Now a single function call “evaluate candidate” does all three.
How to use:
On scheduler ribbon, click on
“evaluate candidate” opens resume, associated contact and past appoinments
getstatusKIVnCloseall closes all scheduler items and turns db field status to KIV
“getstatusNclose” closes all scheduler items
“Urladd” adds url to resume and contact item
“UrladdnClose” executes urladd and getstatusnclose
On the resume window,
“move selected up” and “move selected down” moves selected text to top or bottom of the resume
“annex clip” annexes clip at the bottom of the resume
“insert clip” inserts clip at the top of the resume
“acquire name” takes highlighted text from the resume, do the proper sentence casing and updates database and contact item.
