Having a degree or 25 years of experience doesn’t mean a person is high quality. We define a person of high quality as a person with heart, integrity, courage and a burning curiosity. We take considerable effort to place people of high quality into our our Nemo sessions. We also observe how candidates network with one another. The person who stands beside you may have arrived to Nemo in a bicycle or a BMW. In the kitchen, both persons are equal separated only by opportunities and luck.
