- Wipe outside of cake cabinet with news paper and glass cleaner
- remove expired cakes & store them in the back. Inform shift manager number of cakes
- top up with new cakes (left new cakes). Shift older cakes to the right.
- Clean toilet bowls
- clean mirror
- wipe down walls
- throw away thrash (toilet & side of coffee machine)
- light up incense for the zen
- turn on ice machine & empty water tray behind ice machine

Check the dates of the cakes. Dispose of expired cakes (5 days)

Move all old cakes to the right of the cake display. New cakes enter on the left. Old cakes leaves on the right side.

Make a list and get your cakes from the freezer. Date your cake with today’s date.

Clean all table top
Make sure every table has cutleries. 1 set per chair. A set comprise of fork, spoon, knife, 3 napkins.

Arrange the table as in the picture, Enzyme bottle facing the door, flower behind.

Make sure that menu face the same direction. Provides the appearance of order.

| Sweep floor. Mop if necessary. Night crew will mop the floor during the closing. |

| Check floor cleanliness of pathway to bathroom. Sweep the floor if dirty. |

Flush:
Brush the bowl with cleanser.

Replenish toilet rolls. If toilet rolls are out, go to Giant and buy.

Make sure the tray, shot cups, metal hock are as in the pic. |

You should have 4 mugs: Steaming mug, cooling mug, hot water mug (for topping up tea), and spare steaming mug. You should also have a single nozzle hock for single shot latte.

Fill up sugar syrup

Sugar syrup is in the kitchen. If there are none, please make a jug. You ask the kitchen staff to teach you how to make the syrup.
